Want to make a difference on your campus and in the
community? SGA is the place for you. SGA meets regularly
with campus administrators to address questions from
students, and plans important community service events
like the Fall Carnival for Kids, the Holiday Star Tree
for Needy Families, and the Easter Eggstravaganza. Any
student can attend SGA meetings; to become a
full-fledged member, you must have a 2.0 GPA and be
enrolled for at least 3 hours. SGA also serves as the
clearinghouse for collecting applications for
campus-wide committees that need student reps, such as
the Discipline Committee and the Academic Affairs
Committee.
